Teacher Lokesh Kumar (India), now a senior foreign teacher at the Department of Teaching and Learning at the Indian Om Shiva Yoga Training School, teaches all the courses in the school of Classical Yoga/Modern Yoga and Rehabilitation Improvement.
Lokesh Kumar was born in a farmer family in Chhattisgarh, India. Fortunately, he was guided by the yoga of a famous teacher at an early age. The spiritual teacher who inspired him was the founder of All World Gayatri Parivar, called Vedmurti Taponisth Pt. Sriram Sharma Acharya.
Lokesh Kumar studied for five years at the unique Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Santikunj, Haridwar University. Under the guidance of the well-known teachers, he completed professional yoga studies and obtained a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in yoga.
During that time, he participated in several national and international yoga workshops, yoga seminars and many prestigious yoga competitions and won several medals, such as: His runner-up in the All India Yoga Competition, in all India, won the third position in the Inter University Yoga Competition and won the third position in the Uttrakhand State Yoga Competition in India. He was also invited twice to participate in the All India Yoga Week Workshop at Morarji Desai National Yoga Institute in New Delhi. His thesis is “The Yoga Therapy for Youth Problems under the Guidance of Patanjali Yoga Philosophy”, which has received great attention from all walks of life. And introduced to the teaching; also participated in the Jammu University World Yoga Conference, and participated in the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar at International Yoga Festival three times.
Lokesh Kumar's yoga teaching began at the Navadha Yoga Health Institute and also taught yoga at the statistical department and project implementation department of the Moraji Desai National Yoga University under the jurisdiction of the Indian government's AYUS Department. From the last three years, in Om Shiva Yoga, Beijing, he has been teaching classical yoga and therapy yoga, Modern yoga (Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, power yoga, artistic yoga and flow yoga) and he is also very good at Hatha Yoga (six cleansing, Asanas, Pranyama, bandha & mudra ).
