FlowYOga means flow, smooth, so that each core posture can be used, Vinyasa connected yoga posture practice, through this connection to give a person a sense of continuity, flowing.
Flow yoga is a fusion of Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga, focusing on the overall practice of stretching, strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, concentration, to achieve a state of unity and harmony of body and mind.
Practicing and teaching flow yoga can comprehensively improve a teacher's teaching level, self-control and independent practice ability.
Course Content:
One: traditional theory
· Flow yoga theory, inheritance and development of traditional yoga philosophy.
Two: arrangement and explanation
· Master the principles of arrangement and apply them in teaching.
· The arrangement of different levels of flow yoga courses and the arrangement of different series of asanas.
· Scientific arrangement principles, using Ashtangari's Vinyasa to connect positions, focusing on the coordination of breathing and movement.
Three: positivity knowledge
· Orthotopic knowledge explanation, application of Vinyasa series.
Four: thematic courses
· Developed various popular theme courses (open shoulder theme, open hip theme, twist theme)
Five: password expression
· How to clear and smooth password guidance, practice and application.
Six: Teaching practice
· Offline teaching, combining learning and practice, master teaching methods and skills through observation and practice, and deepen the understanding and application of theoretical knowledge.
